When you think about being scared, the first thing that comes to mind is the horror genre in film or literature. And we get into that gruesome goodness and why we're drawn to scary things. But we also focus on the thrill of jumping into something new, overcoming our fears, and letting go of control! We explore self-control, self-esteem, and self-discovery as individuals and in relationships.
